Complete Home Inspection "Inspected Once, Inspected Right"    THE HOME INSPECTION INCLUDES: Initial conference with the client. Physical inspection of the property includes landscape factors, foundation, exterior, interior, roof, plumbing, electrical, venting, heating and air conditioning. Same day results will be provided to the client following inspection. These results are not analyzed but provide results for over 75 characteristics. Delivery of a written report within three business days of the inspection which will include an analysis and interpretation of the findings. In addition, the inspector can also recommend solutions for simple problems and refer clients to appropriate service contractors for major problems. THE HOME INSPECTION FEE: Currently, the fee for Complete Home Inspection is $300, and includes all services listed. An additional fee will be added for travel expenses, if the inspection is located more than 30 miles from Taylor County.
